Brian K. Huffman, SRA Brian Huffman graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, in August of 1987, where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Economics. Brian is a member of the Appraisal Institute, holding the designation of (SRA) for excellence in Residential Valuation, certified by the State of Texas as a Licensed Residential Real Estate Appraiser, Texas Licensed Realtor, and a member of the Central Texas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, where he has served on many committees as an officer and is currently Chapter President for 2004. Brian has 18 years of appraisal experience within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex as well as many of the surrounding counties. He has been associated with Appraisal Services, Incorporated, since 1986. His professional appraisal experience includes valuation of single family, two to four family, condominiums, apartments, large acreage tracts, and individual developed lots for all types of clients, including; commercial banks, mortgage companies, relocation companies, governmental agencies, estate valuations, individual investors, homeowners and builders. Brian's appraisal expertise includes valuation of large rural acreage tracts, farm and ranch properties, historic and high value homes, and lake properties.

Christopher K. Huffman  Chris Huffman received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management with Real Estate Minor in 1989 from the University of North Texas, Denton, Texas. He is a State Certified - Licensed Appraiser, HUD approved FHA Appraiser, a member of the Fort Worth Board of Realtors, and a member of the Regional MLS. He has attended appraisal-related seminars and completed courses in the Standards of Professional Practice through the Appraisal Institute and has also completed 150 hours of A.C.E. courses; completed 10 hour HUD/FHA Training Seminar. Chris has been self-employed in a contractual capacity with Kenneth L. Huffman, MAI and Appraisal Services, Inc. since 1988. He has prepared appraisals for mortgage loan purposes on all types of real estate, specializing in appraisal assignments of single-family, multi-family dwellings, low income loan programs, estate properties, and new construction. Clients include banks, mortgage institutions, various employee relocation companies, private attorneys, builders, government agencies, and individual clients, and also prepared appraisals for ad valorem tax representation and estate tax purposes. He has attended various other Appraisal Institute workshops and seminars. Chris utilizes the latest versions of appraisal software and digital photography. These include updated supporting exhibits in all appraisals, i.e., FEMA Map Panels, Zoning Maps, Tax and Plat Maps, etc. He brings expertise and a vast knowledge of Fort Worth and the surrounding area into the process of creating each of his appraisal reports.
